In the event of a transaction failure, refunds will be processed in accordance with Razorpay's policies, RBI compliant gateway provider. Please note that since there are no physical products involved, refunds are not issued under other circumstances.

In case of a transaction failure where your payment is not successfully processed, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. This includes situations where funds are debited from your account but the payment is not confirmed at the merchant's end. Razorpay's standard procedures for refund processing will apply, and the refund will typically be credited depending on your bank or card issuer.

Once a transaction is successfully processed and confirmed, refunds are generally not issued, as there is no return of products or services. This policy is due to the nature of our business, which provides digital payment facilitation rather than tangible goods.
